Secure Access manages a portfolio of in-office technologies including physical access, mobile credentials, secure print and scan, and digital lockers. These services ensure EY people can securely access buildings, devices, and equipment with minimal friction, while meeting global security and compliance standards.\nThe opportunity\nLead end-to-end global print operations under the OnePrint program, ensuring service stability, security, compliance and continuous optimization of enterprise print infrastructure. Drive operational excellence, vendor governance and user experience improvements across a complex, multi-region environment.\nKnowledge and Skills Requirements\nBring 8+ yrs of enterprise IT exp, with strong exposure to print infrastructure and operations\nLead global teams and matrix resources, ensuring alignment across regions and time zones\nDemonstrate expertise in Active Directory (user/group/computer administration)\nApply PowerShell scripting (intermediate) for automation and reporting\nPossess strong knowledge of enterprise network fundamentals\nPrint & Infrastructure Expertise\nDrive enterprise print arc and config, including drivers and fleet standardization\nGovern secure print practices, authentication, pull printing and confidential print release\nOptimize print consumption behaviour (duplex, colour control, usage reduction strategies)\nImplement centralized print management frameworks for users, devices, and services\nManage scan workflows (Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-File, document routing and sharing)\nOversee print activity tracking and analytics to identify risks and optimization opportunities\nEnforce device-level access control and authentication mechanisms\nTechnical & Security Capabilities\nApply protocols knowledge: SMB, SNMPv3\nManage infrastructure certificates, SSL/TLS implementation\nSupport cloud-based print solutions and integrations\nEnsure compliance with InfoSec standards and audit requirements\nLead incident, problem and change management for print services\nPlatform & Tools Expertise (Preferred)\nKofax Equitrac, ShareScan, Printix, Ricoh Streamline NX v3\nHP Web Jetadmin (WJA), Device Control Center (DCC)\nLRS VPSX (R3 and above)\nMicrosoft Universal Print\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end operations of OnePrint services across global regions\nOwn service availability, performance, and SLA adherence\nDrive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives\nStrengthen security posture of print infrastructure through authentication and access controls\nOptimize cost efficiency by reducing paper, toner, and device footprint\nEstablish centralized governance model for print services and vendors\nManage vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery outcomes\nDeliver operational dashboards, reporting, and insights to leadership (SteerCo/ELT)\nLead major incident response and root cause analysis\nEnsure audit readiness and compliance alignment (InfoSec, data protection)\nDrive user experience improvements through simplified and flexible print solutions\nCollaborate with network, security, and cloud teams for integrated service delivery\nLeadership & Personal Skills\nEngage credibly with senior stakeholders up to Partner/Executive level\nCommunicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-aligned manner\nOperate effectively in global, matrixed environments\nTake high ownership of critical services and problem resolution\nDrive data-led decision making and operational insights\nManage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously\nDemonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting capability\nMaintain high integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgement\nFocus on customer-centric service delivery with attention to detail\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
