Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally\nThe key responsibilities\nStakeholder Management and Cross-functional collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, acting as the central point of coordination across engineering, architecture, design, marketing, business teams, and third-party vendors. Foster effective collaboration, facilitate transparent communication, and ensure all parties maintain a common understanding of objectives, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nProduct backlog development: define detailed requirements in the form of epics, features and user stories to guide the development team. Continuously refine the product backlog based on user feedback and changing market conditions.\n\nProduct development: participate in all agile ceremonies, provide necessary product concept, and approve development work done\n\nProduct vision and strategy: defining a clear and compelling product vision, direction and purpose, as well as a plan outlining how the product will achieve its goals\n\nMarket research and analysis: analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Define the ideal customer personas and segments for the product\n\nRoadmap planning: create product roadmap including feature releases and milestones, features prioritization and enhancements\n\nProduct launch and marketing: develop strategies for launching the product to the market, working with the marketing team to create messaging, positioning and promotional material\n\nPerformance analysis: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product’s performance in the market. Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement\n\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nExperience in Technology or Business Transformation or Digital Services or Consulting, out of which 3 years was as a Product Manager\n\nExcellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory)\n\nAbility to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment\n\nAbility to work in multicultural projects and environments\n\nBalance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must\n\nAbility to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment\n\nExperienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level.\n\nExcellent appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data, Analytics & AI, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, Platform-based models etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players\n\nWhat is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.\n\nIdeally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)\nProduct Manager or any other relevant Agile at Scale certifications\n\nExperience in Banking or Insurance, or Government sectors would be considered an advantage\n\nExperience in Digital Economy Platforms would be considered an advantage\n\nProven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset\n\nExperience with Design Thinking methodologies and proven record of a customer first mindset\n\nExperience with Product Management tools for backlog creation, prototyping, journey mapping etc.\n\nPassion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients.
