The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope and budget.\nYour key responsibilities\nCoordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables\n\nManage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion\n\nIdentifies, documents, and manages project risks, assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions an workarounds\n\nUtilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities\n\nManage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems\n\nCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow\n\nMaintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications\n\nProvide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals\n\nContinuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution\n\nPerform project financial management - Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures\n\nSkills and attributes for success\nExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nEffective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.\n\nProficiency in project management software tools.\n\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required).\n\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).\n\nAs a Project Manager, 3 to 5 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.\n\nKnowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.\n\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
