As a manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven applications leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services and modern .NET technologies. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, architectural innovation, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.\nYour key responsibilities\nArchitect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using C#/.NET Core, Angular/React and SQL Server.\nLead the development of microservices-based solutions on Azure, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.\nBuild and integrate Agentic AI applications leveraging AI/ML models and Azure AI services.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, success\nPrimary:\nProven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Architect with strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core, Angular/React and SQL Server.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures using .NET technologies.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure AI services.\nCI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions etc both for code and infrastructure\nStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience building Agentic AI applications or intelligent systems.\nExperience with RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).\nSolid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\nConduct architecture reviews and design authority presentations.\nDefine target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.\nCollaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.\nExperience designing highly available, fault-tolerant systems with disaster recovery and resiliency considerations.\nLead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and own end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\nOverall, 8-10 years of experience.\nSecondary:\nDemonstrated experience in the Risk domain, with a strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, regulatory requirements, and technology-enabled risk solutions.\nExperience with Python-based backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.\nUnderstanding of security, auditability, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience with high-availability and mission-critical enterprise applications.\nWorking knowledge about various AI Agents/ Agentic workflow and multi-agent frameworks and SDKs.\nUnderstanding of various types of Large Language Models (LLMs).\nFundamental
