Translate business priorities into scalable product capabilities while managing analysts, quality and senior stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn product analysis strategy, roadmap inputs, prioritization and delivery governance.\nLead requirement discovery, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability.\nGuide SQL- and Python-driven analysis, data-quality validation, testing and release readiness.\nManage business, audit, product, engineering and data stakeholders; communicate risks and decisions.\nCoach Product Analysts and drive consistent analytical and documentation standards.\nShape analytics, automation and AI use cases across enterprise processes and controls.\nCritical Skills and Experience\nStrong product analyst or product management background with advanced SQL.\nHands-on Python capability is mandatory for data analysis, validation and prototyping.\nHands-on quality assurance, test planning, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.\nStrong stakeholder management, structured communication and team leadership.\nExposure to Databricks, full stack development or AI is advantageous.\nCritical Domain Expertise\nDemonstrated expertise in the following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or ITOC / SOX IT controls.\nPreferred\nRisk and controls or Internal Audit
