Translate business requirements into clear product features, analytical logic and testable outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.\nUse SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.\nDefine test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.\nPartner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning activities.\nMaintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.\nSupport analytics, automation and AI-enabled product capabilities from discovery through release.\nCritical Skills and Experience\nStrong product analyst or business analyst experience with advanced SQL.\nHands-on quality assurance, test execution, defect triage and data reconciliation experience.\nStrong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and concise documentation skills.\nPython knowledge for data analysis, validation and prototyping.\nAt least one hard tech skill: Python, Databricks, full stack development or AI.\nAbility to translate technical findings into clear business, risk and control implications.\nCritical Domain Expertise\nNON-NEGOTIABLE: Demonstrated working expertise across following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ITOC / SOX IT controls.\nPreferred\nRisk and controls or Internal Audit experience.\nExposure to SAP, Oracle,
