This role offers the opportunity to work with leading organizations across a wide range of industries, supporting them in transforming their risk management, internal control, and internal audit functions.\nProfessionals with experience or interest in areas such as Technology Risk, IT Controls, Cybersecurity Governance, Digital Risk, Data & Analytics Controls, and Digital Transformation Risk are also encouraged to apply, as these capabilities increasingly intersect with our clients' broader risk agendas.\nYour key responsibilities\nAs a Senior Consultant within our Risk Consulting team, you will be responsible for:\nDelivering projects in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit.\nAssessing governance frameworks, risk management processes and control environments.\nSupporting the execution of internal audit engagements and control effectiveness assessments.\nAdvising clients on the design and implementation of risk management and internal control frameworks.\nContributing to risk transformation initiatives, including technology-enabled risk and control solutions.\nIdentifying process improvement opportunities and providing practical recommendations to clients.\nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service delivery.\nSupporting business development activities and contributing to proposal preparation and market initiatives.\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams across EY service lines to deliver innovative and integrated solutions.\nSkills and attributes for success\nWe are looking for professionals who are curious, analytical and passionate about helping organizations navigate risk in an evolving business environment.\nYou should demonstrate:\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.\nProactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.\nTeam-oriented approach with a collaborative working style.\nAdaptability and ability to perform in dynamic and fast-paced environments.\nInterest in emerging technologies, digital transformation and their impact on risk management.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nMaster's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related fields.\nAt least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Technology Risk, Digital Risk or related areas.\nExperience with Internal Audit and Internal Control frameworks such as IIA Standards, COSO, ICFR and SOX.\nKnowledge of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, including ISO 31000 and COSO ERM.\nExperience assessing operational, financial and/or technology-related risks.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nProfessional proficiency in Portuguese and English.\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
