We'd love to hear from you!\nYour key responsibilities:\nSupport our clients to review current business processes, perform target state analysis, define business requirements, functional and technical specifications.\nDesign and implement automated processes for regulatory calculations in the areas of Financial Risk Management and Asset Liability Management (ALM).\nIntegration support of the third-party risk management solutions to our clients including configuration, customization, and solution additional development.\nTesting and Quality Assurance.\nCompose functional and technical documentation of the respective implementations.\nAssist in the project management including development of project charters, project plans, and status updates reports as well as overall project monitoring (for Senior Level only).\nCommunicate, provide guidance and establish professional and trust relationships with clients (for Senior Level only).\nAbility to evaluate vendor packages/tools and assist with vendor selection (for Senior Level only).\nSkills and attributes for success\nProfessionalism and adaptability within diverse and evolving environments.\nQuick learner, showing flexibility and adaptability in new situations and fast-paced environments.\nExcellent teamwork abilities and commitment to professional growth.\nA proactive attitude and a determination to excel.\nAbility to build strong client relationships and mentor team members.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to collaboratively work within a diverse team.\nA commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek; other languages will be considered an asset.\nEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\nA master’s degree in computer science or a branch of Business such as an MBA, Business Analytics, Risk Management or STEM related field.\nProven competence in technologies and ETL tools such as SQL, SSIS, Python, VBA, or other programming languages.\nWorking knowledge on key banking and/or regulatory concepts like CRR/CRD, ALM, IRRBB, COREP, FINREP, LCR/NSFR.\nProven experience in Risk/Banking Systems Configuration and Integration.\nBackground in consulting.\nStrong project management and client servicing skills.\nRisk professional certifications (such as PRM, FRM).\nWhat we look for\nWhat’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
