So whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.\nKey Responsibilities\nNeed to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Time implementation project.\nLead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements\nConduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design \nDeliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements\nInterface and communicate with the onsite coordinators\nPlanning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.\nMentor the project team in executing the identified projects\nRegular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators\nInterface with the customer representatives as and when needed\nWilling to travel to the customers locations on need basis\nRequirements\nOver 7 years of SAP HCM Time experience including minimum 2 implementations in end-to-end payroll process.\nExperienced in Handling Time management scenarios.\nGood Knowledge about configuration of Work schedule rules, absences, attendances, and Absence/ Attendance Quotas\nKnowledge about standard time reports\nKnowledge about positive and negative time management in SAP\nKnowledge about Time Types, Time events and Time Wage types\nStrong knowledge on Time Schema and PCRs\nShould have worked on CATS timesheet.\nShould be well versed about integration between time and payroll.\nFIORI apps knowledge\nWorked on interface with third party tools for time data.\nBE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 7 Yrs\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor’s Degree in HR or IT related disciplines with at least 15 years of working experience\nShould have strong process experience in SAP HCM \nSuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage\nShould have understanding and experience of integration best practices.\nExcellent business communication skills\nExcellent leadership skills\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience working in a professional services or consulting environment\n\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
