This role offers you the chance to lead payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of employee compensation.\nYou will have the opportunity to work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll systems and processes, implementing best practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in addressing complex payroll issues, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.\nIn this position, you will also play a key role in mentoring and training junior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our employees.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nNeed to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.\nLead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements.\nConduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design.\nDeliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements.\nInterface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.\nPlanning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.\nMentor the project team in executing the identified projects.\nRegular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators.\nInterface with the customer representatives as and when needed.\nWilling to travel to the customers locations on need basis.\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\nGood knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.\nConfigure tax related requirements for ANY of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and NZ.\nShould have strong process experience in SAP HCM.\nSuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage.\nShould have understanding and experience of integration best practices.\nExcellent business communication skills.\nExcellent leadership skills.\nOver 3-8 years of SAP HCM experience including minimum 2 implementations in end-to-end payroll process.\nMust have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration.\nGood knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.\nConfigure tax related requirements for ANY of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and NZ.\nBE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3-8 Years.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
