Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nYour key responsibilities:\nUpholding project standards, establishing procedures, and ensuring adherence to best practices for SAP implementations\nOverseeing project timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within financial constraints\nSupport managing full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting\nTracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and providing regular and detailed updates and executive reporting\nIdentifying potential project risks and issues and collaborating with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies\nTake ownership of execution excellence. Drive/ mentor engagement teams to deliver engagements \nCoordinating internal and external resources, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration\nEnsuring that all project deliverables and documentation meet project standards and client requirements\nEssential Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred\nMinimum 6 years of experience in PMO/Project Coordinator for SAP implementation\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executive sponsors and to all levels of technical and non-technical staffs\nMust be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs\nFluency in both English and Thai\nStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
