Our commitment to continuous learning and development ensures that you will have access to the resources and support needed to advance your career.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nProven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods.\nPortfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc).\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\nPortfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc).\nProficient in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting.\nIdeally, you’ll also\nCertification in PS/PPM will be an advantage.\nWhat we look for\nExcellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).\nGood configuration knowledge of PS structures- WBS, standard structures, user status profiles and Master Data.\nPPM: Portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM etc).\nProficient in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting.\nProven knowledge on Results Analysis - Cost based and Revenue Based methods.\nExperience: 3 - 5 Yrs.\nPeriod end processing, Project Settlement.\nShould have good understanding of relevant methodologies business processes and standards.\nStrong understanding of Integration between Project Systems with other modules.\nShould possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation.\nDesign and support development of custom enhancements in PS, PPM and integration area.\nGood exposure on interaction with business users.\nGood communication, problem solving and analytical skills.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
