line with the overall business strategy and targets\nDesigning and frame working implementation to measure and manage the selected operating model of the organization\nLed deployment of Manufacturing Excellence work processes across multiple sites, ensuring standardization, capability building, governance, and sustainable performance improvement\nDriving operational excellence to improve client’s
