The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Scrum Master and Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience, you will play a dual role in facilitating Agile Scrum processes while analysing and documenting business requirements to ensure high-quality project delivery. You are responsible for promoting Agile best practices, coaching teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to align on project goals.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nCoach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum principles, promoting continuous improvement and removing impediments.\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.\nGather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.\nWork with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.\nTrack project progress through metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports.\nFacilitate communication and coordination among distributed teams including developers, QA, and DevOps.\nSupport scaling Agile processes and adapting methodologies to fit organizational needs.\nIdentify risks and issues, proactively driving resolution to keep projects on track.\nUse Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management software effectively.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification.\n6+ years of experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.\nStrong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and business analysis principles.\nProven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder relationships.\nExperience in writing user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.\nProficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.\nExperience working in software development or IT projects involving SaaS, microservices, or enterprise systems is a plus.\nSkills\nAgile and Scrum expertise\nBusiness process analysis and requirement gathering\nFacilitation and conflict resolution\nStakeholder management and communication\nProject tracking and metrics reporting\nRisk management and issue resolution\nCoaching and servant leadership\nTools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
