You will work in multi-disciplinary environment leveraging AI capabilities to provide real business impact for our clients.\nPlay a key role in the end-to-end delivery of innovative AI solutions for our clients, from ideation, feasibility assessment, to data preparation, solution development and industrialization in production environment.\nWith a strong focus on MLOps you will deliver robust and production-ready solutions.\nYou will keep up with the state-of-the-art AI capabilities, open-source and proprietary, undertake proof-of-concepts, and design innovative AI Solutions.\nYou will also support transformation processes towards an AI centric culture and work closely together with colleagues from other business departments, in domains such as risk management, business optimization and customer intelligence.\nYou will also build and share knowledge with your colleagues and coach junior profiles.\nAdd real-world impact to your expertise, as you are encouraged to write ‘black’ papers and present at meetings and conferences should you wish.\nAttend AI conferences where you will have the opportunity to share, network and learn.\nSkills and attributes for success\nYou are a team-oriented person, highly collaborative, who sets personal goals aside to listen, learn, and engage thoughtfully with colleagues, always with an eye on achieving impactful results.\nYou are methodical yet creative problem solver, proactive in learning, seeking improvements and work cooperatively with your team.
