The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.\nYour key responsibilities:\nRequirement Gathering: Lead the gathering of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration\nProcess Engineering/Optimization: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\nData Integration: Collaborate with data architecture team to enable the data integration strategy, working closely with the technical teams. Work seamlessly to achieve efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy\n Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, security (RBP), and system functionalities\nData Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and insights from Talent data, and presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making\nDocumentatio n: Create detailed requirement documents, process flows, use cases, data mapping documents, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation\nStakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and project teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery of project objectives\nQuality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors and integrated systems meet business needs and quality standards\nChange Management: Drive change management efforts to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations\nContinuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement, recommend enhancements to business processes and system functionalities\nSkills and attributes for success\nIn-depth knowledge of Talent processes, system functionalities, data integration methodologies, and best practices\nProficiency in data analysis and tools, database query languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights\nExcellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams\nPositive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nResults-oriented, with a focus on achieving project objectives and driving positive outcomes\nStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills\nAbility to work virtually with global teams\nToqualify for this role\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred\nProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration\nAs a
