Experience with cloud data platforms is considered beneficial.\nThe opportunity\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.\nYour key responsibilities:\nWork with business stakeholders to collect and define data requirements\nConvert business needs into functional specifications, data models, and process flows - Convert business needs into integration specifications, data models, and process flows\nConduct in-depth data analysis using advanced SQL queries\nCoordinate with ETL and data engineering teams to verify data pipelines and transformations\nSupport Data Warehousing projects\nCreate and update data mapping documents and source-to-target (S2T) specifications\nValidate, profile, and check data quality to maintain accuracy\nDefine KPIs, build dashboards, and support reporting requirements\nPresent findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences\nUtilize cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data ingestion, storage, and processing (nice to have)\nRequirements\n12+ years of experience\nStrong SQL skills for writing complex queries\nSolid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts\nBackground in ETL processes and data transformation logic\nHands-on experience in:ETL processes and data transformation\nData mapping and S2T documentation\nIntegration design and documentation (ISD)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\nSkills and attributes for success\nIn-depth knowledge of Talent processes, system functionalities, data integration methodologies, and best practices\nProficiency in data analysis and tools, database query languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights\nExcellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams\nPositive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nResults-oriented, with a focus on achieving project objectives and driving positive outcomes\nStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills\nAbility to work virtually with global teams\nTo qualify for this role\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field;
