You'll own infrastructure-as-code, strengthen security posture across the pipeline, and help shape solid AWS foundations aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud best practices. A key part of this role is the ability to analyze existing infrastructure and propose meaningful improvements - in security, reliability, cost, and automation. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who genuinely loves the cloud and wants to make automation and security first-class citizens of how we work.\nYour key responsibilities\nBuild and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)\nHelp establish and strengthen AWS foundations - multi-account setup, AWS Organizations, guardrails, and landing-zone best practices\nApply the AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS best practices across our environments\n Analyze existing infrastructure and propose improvements across security, scalability, resilience, performance, and cost\nEmbed security into every stage of the delivery lifecycle (DevSecOps): automated security checks, least-privilege IAM, secrets management, and continuous compliance\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, automated delivery\nSupport cloud migration efforts (lift-and-shift, re-platform, modernization)\nManage IaC workflows and governance (Terraform state, modules, policy-as-code)\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve cloud environments\nCollaborate with development, security, and platform teams to drive best practices\nSkills and attributes for success\n5-6+ years of professional experience in DevOps / cloud / platform engineering\nStrong, primarily AWS -focused hands-on experience, with familiarity across the most common AWS services (compute, networking, IAM, storage, monitoring, databases)\nExperience applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS best practices\nExperience building AWS foundations and working with AWS Organizations (multi-account, guardrails, governance)\n Proven Infrastructure as Code experience - Terraform preferred (this is a core requirement)\nHands-on cloud migration experience\nAbility to analyze existing environments and recommend practical improvements\nA genuine passion for cloud technology and continuous learning\nStrong CI/CD and automation fundamentals\nIdeally you`ll also\nBring cross-cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP) - a definite plus\nHold AWS certifications: DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or any AWS Specialty\nDemonstrate experience with Spacelift (or similar IaC orchestration/management platforms)\nApply policy-as-code, security scanning, and compliance tooling experience\nLeverage containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)\nWhat we look for\nMore than anything, we’re interested in people with the right attitude for the job!
