We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion Supply Chain to join our team. This team offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. Being a member of our Consulting Oracle Services team you will assist planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle Oracle Cloud initiatives with a focus on specific Supply Chain functionality, along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle’s applications and technology space.\nA key part of your role will be the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules.\nYour key responsibilities\nThis position will support consulting as a member of project teams working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance: requirements definition, process and system design, configuration, identification and design of custom requirements, testing, implementation, training and rollout.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong analytical and decision-making abilities.\nProficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis.\nExperience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.\nAbility to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.\nPossess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks\nAbility to configure Oracle EBS or Cloud applications and related products (examples: Demand/Planning, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Asset Management, etc.)\nUnderstanding of business concepts and processes in various Oracle modules.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nA bachelor’s degree\nTypically, no less than 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Fusion\nOracle Fusion certification, combined with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Oracle system implementations or super user across one or more of the following business process and functional domains:\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P) including Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Self-Service Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management\nOrder-to-Cash (O2C) including Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Fulfillment, and Customer Operations\nPlan-to-Produce (P2M) including Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Quality Management, Demand/Planning and Shop Floor Execution\nPreferably to have 2 or more full lifecycle implementations in any of the above\nExperience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration workshops\n5 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to above Oracle applications\nA familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM\nStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes into technology skills \nAbility and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.\nThe successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 75+% of a work schedule\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nDegree in Business, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)\nCertifications in Oracle Applications \nDomain Experience\nProcess Knowledge\nThis job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.\nWhat we offer\nWhen you thrive, we thrive.
