This team is at the forefront of helping clients navigate complex organizational change with a strong focus on both strategic and people-centered transformation.\nAs a Senior Consultant Organization & Workforce Transformation you’ll be responsible for:\nGuiding clients through people-centered transformations related to operating models, organizational design, future workforce, talent and skills.\nBuilding future-ready operating models and organizational design aligned to strategic goals, incorporating skills-based workforce principles, AI-enabled ways of working and talent deployment. \nHelp clients navigate the impact of AI, automation and emerging technologies on operating models, organizations design, future talent and skills requirements\nAdvising clients on the evolution from traditional job-based structures towards skills-driven operating models, \nDeploying workforce planning approaches and talent strategies, including workforce\nDeveloping and delivering large-scale upskilling programs and academies e.g. around AI, resilience or transformation \nProviding experience with relocation of work and people, through optimization of processes, roles, governance and organizational structures \nLeading project workstreams from planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams\nPreparing and facilitating client workshops focused on stakeholder engagement, transformation vision and leadership alignment \nContributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly around Organization & Workforce Transformation\nYour new team | About your colleagues and the office\nYour team\nThe People Consulting department consists of 40 professionals who have at least one thing in common. Collaboration takes on a new meaning in our Wavespace,a high-tech environment that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.\nYour skills and strengths | About your unique contribution\nA relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HR, or similar\nRelevant working experience of 3 to 5 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda\nStrong understanding of and experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, organizational design, skills-based organizations, the HR function and/or Talent Management \nUnderstanding of and experience with how AI is reshaping organizational structures, workforce strategies and talent management.\nWillingness to contribute to the setup and growth of this competence area, affinity with related people consulting competences such as change management and HR transformations\nA strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions\nFluent communication skills in Dutch and English\nTeam player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams\nExperienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment\nAble to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.\nAbility to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients\nYour benefits | About your perks and work enjoyment\nA competitive salary that reflects your role and responsibilities, depending on experience and qualifications.
