The individual will work closely with AI engineers, UX designers, product managers, security teams, and platform engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop enterprise AI assistants, copilots, conversational interfaces, agent workflows, and operational dashboards.\nBuild scalable and maintainable applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.\nCreate reusable UI components and contribute to enterprise design systems.\nIntegrate front-end applications with AI, agent, RAG, and enterprise APIs.\nImplement streaming AI responses using technologies such as Server-Sent Events or WebSockets.\nManage AI interaction states, including processing, tool execution, approval required, completed, cancelled, timed out, and failed.\nBuild interfaces that clearly present AI-generated content, citations, sources, tool activity, system status, limitations, and human-approval requirements.\nImplement confirmation and approval controls for sensitive or consequential agent actions.\nDevelop data-rich dashboards and present operational or analytical information through appropriate visualizations.\nDevelop responsive and accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG 2.2 Level AA or applicable organizational standards.\nImplement secure authentication, authorization, session management, and role-based access.\nSafely render untrusted AI-generated content, including Markdown, links, citations, and files, and sanitize HTML when its rendering is explicitly required.\nDevelop automated component, integration, and end-to-end tests.\nOptimize front-end performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability.\nParticipate in code reviews and promote secure front-end engineering practices.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nFront-End Engineering\nStrong professional experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience with Next.js or a comparable modern React framework.\nStrong understanding of component architecture, state management, data fetching, and asynchronous user interactions.\nExperience building reusable components and working with enterprise design systems or UI-component libraries.\nExperience developing enterprise dashboards using an appropriate data-visualization framework.\nExperience developing responsive and cross-browser applications.\nKnowledge of performance optimization, browser behavior, and front-end observability.\nExperience developing accessible applications aligned with WCAG 2.2 Level AA or comparable accessibility requirements.\nAI Application Integration\nExperience building or integrating AI-powered, conversational, workflow-based, or other complex API-driven applications.\nUnderstanding of AI response streaming, conversation state, citations, tool activity, long-running workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nAbility to design appropriate loading, retry, cancellation, timeout, error, and recovery experiences.\nExperience integrating with REST APIs and real-time communication technologies such as Server-Sent Events or WebSockets.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or comparable enterprise AI services.\nUnderstanding of the user-experience challenges associated with probabilistic, incomplete, or potentially inaccurate AI-generated responses.\nSecurity and Quality\nKnowledge of secure front-end development, including cross-site scripting prevention, safe content rendering, Content Security Policy, and secure handling of client-side storage.\nExperience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, authentication, authorization, and secure session management.\nUnderstanding of secure front-end and backend integration patterns, including the use of approved backend or API layers for model access and sensitive operations.\nUnderstanding of how to protect API credentials, access tokens, conversation history, and sensitive user data.\nExperience with component, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable frameworks.\nExperience using Git and working with CI/CD and software-release processes.\nAbility to independently review, debug, test, secure, and maintain human-written and AI-generated code.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nFive or more years of professional front-end engineering or software-development experience.\nDemonstrated experience building production applications using React and TypeScript.\nExperience delivering enterprise applications in collaboration with product, UX, backend, security, and platform teams.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing AI assistants, copilots, or agent-orchestration interfaces.\nExperience implementing approval workflows, audit history, citations, source presentation, or AI-feedback mechanisms.\nExperience with data-visualization and dashboard frameworks such as Recharts, Plotly, D3.js, AG Grid, or
