You will experiment with modern AI architectures, develop new approaches tailored to complex business use cases, and evaluate and optimize models, prompts and retrieval pipelines for quality, reliability, latency and cost.\nThe role requires hands-on experience with Dataiku for building and operationalizing data science, machine learning and GenAI solutions, as well as practical experience with modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.\nYou will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, cloud and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure and production-ready AI capabilities for global business use cases.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.\n\nStrong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI, LLM-based applications and Agentic AI.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Dataiku DSS, including building data and machine learning pipelines, developing and deploying models, and operationalizing AI or GenAI solutions.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and practical experience with relevant libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas and Scikit-learn.\n\nExperience with at least one GenAI or agentic framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.\n\nPractical experience designing RAG architectures, including chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, reranking and integration with LLMs.\n\nStrong understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, text similarity, embeddings, semantic search and information extraction.\n\nExperience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP.\n\nExperience designing and integrating AI solutions through APIs and enterprise applications.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\n\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git and CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\n\nExperience implementing MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model and application versioning, automated testing, deployment, evaluation, monitoring and observability.\n\nExperience evaluating and optimizing LLM applications, including response quality, groundedness, hallucination rate, latency, token usage and cost.\n\nKnowledge of Responsible AI and Trusted AI practices, including safety, fairness, transparency, explainability and accountability.\n\nExperience implementing monitoring, logging and observability for production AI systems.\n\nExperience with vector databases or vector search technologies.\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise GenAI security concerns such as data privacy, access control, prompt injection, data leakage and secure RAG architectures.\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, business and operations teams.\n\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
