The successful candidate will combine strong consulting experience, hands-on architecture leadership, and deep knowledge of insurance core platforms to drive technology transformation initiatives, support business growth, and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead architecture and solution design activities for complex insurance transformation programmes.\nAct as a hands-on Solution Architect, providing technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from shaping and design through delivery and implementation.\nDefine target architectures, integration strategies, cloud adoption roadmaps, and technology standards aligned with business objectives.\nProvide architecture leadership and governance across implementation teams, ensuring solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.\nDrive technical delivery by working closely with business, architecture, development, testing, integration, and infrastructure teams.\nLeverage deep expertise in Guidewire, EIS, or other core insurance platforms to support solution design and delivery.\nBuild trusted relationships with client executives, business stakeholders, architects, and technology leadership teams.\nAct as a technical Subject Matter Expert during pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, and proposal development activities.\nSupport sales and go-to-market initiatives through solution shaping, estimations, technical presentations, and bid management activities.\nContribute to development of Insurance Technology offerings, accelerators, reference architectures, and thought leadership materials.\nSupport capability growth within the practice through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and development of architecture competencies.\nLead by example and help build a strong culture of technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport recruitment, talent development, and growth of architecture and engineering capabilities across the Insurance practice. \nSkills and attributes for success\nAbility to bridge business and technology discussions and effectively engage with both executive and technical stakeholders.\nStrong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. \nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nExtensive experience in Insurance Technology Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or Solution Architecture roles.\nStrong expertise in Guidewire, EIS, or other leading insurance core platforms.\nProven track record delivering architecture for large-scale insurance transformation programmes.\nDeep understanding of insurance business processes, operating models, and technology ecosystems.\nStrong hands-on experience with enterprise integration, API-based architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern application architectures.\nProven experience supporting sales activities, proposals, and strategic pursuits as a technical SME. \nWhat we look for\nA recognised Insurance Technology Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and client-facing skills.
