Opportunity\nAs part of our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will support technology-enabled transformation programmes for regional and multinational clients across supply chain planning, execution and operational functions.\nYou will work at the intersection of supply chain, enterprise technology, digital platforms and analytics, supporting clients from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment and transition into operations.\nYou will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement scalable enterprise applications, modernize supply chain technology environments and improve operational performance.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nSupply Chain Technology Transformation\nLead and deliver technology-enabled supply chain transformation initiatives.\nAssess clients’ supply chain processes, application landscapes and platform capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.\nDevelop technology and application roadmaps across planning, execution, visibility and control tower capabilities.\nTranslate business requirements into functional designs, solution requirements and implementation plans.\nApply digital, data, analytics, automation and AI-enabled approaches to enhance supply chain planning and operational performance.\nEnterprise Application & Platform Delivery\nLead the implementation of enterprise applications supporting forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, supply planning and integrated business planning.\nManage implementation activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and transition into operations.\nCoordinate business, functional and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nMonitor scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing outcomes and delivery quality.\nSupport proof-of-concept development and evaluation of software and platform capabilities.\nReview solution designs to ensure scalability, integration readiness, maintainability and alignment with applicable technology and security requirements.\nClient Delivery & Stakeholder Management\nLead day-to-day project workstreams and contribute to overall programme delivery.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, solution-design discussions and stakeholder engagements.\nPrepare executive-ready presentations, technology roadmaps, project updates and recommendations.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across business functions, technology teams, business units and geographies to drive project outcomes.\nCoach team members and provide quality reviews of project deliverables.\nFirm & Practice Contribution\nContribute to proposal development, solution design and business development activities.\nSupport internal knowledge development, methodology enhancement and capability-building initiatives.\nDevelop points of view and market insights on supply chain technologies, digital planning platforms, analytics and AI-enabled transformation.\nParticipate actively in Supply Chain & Operations practice development and team-building activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nA bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least six years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain transformation, enterprise application implementation, technology-enabled operations transformation or related industry roles.\nExperience delivering enterprise application implementation or technology-transformation projects across one or more phases of the implementation lifecycle.\nExperience in requirements gathering, functional or solution design, system integration, testing, deployment or transition into operations.\nKnowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, integrated business planning or related operational processes.\nExperience leading project workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and structure information effectively.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nIdeally, You’ll Also Have\nExperience with supply chain planning platforms such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or comparable enterprise solutions.\nExperience supporting application integration, data flows, solution architecture or platform-modernization initiatives.\nExperience with technology-enabled transformation in retail, consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, distribution or related industries.\nFamiliarity with analytics, automation, AI or machine-learning applications within supply chain and operational environments.\nExperience supporting proposal development, business development or client-pursuit activities.\nRelevant supply chain, technology, platform or project-management certifications.\nEY is building a better working world by
