You will belong to an international team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience.\nYour key responsibilities\nPerform reviews and assessments of existing Identity & Access Management implementations and adjacent technologies in terms of overall configuration correctness, security and performance.\nEnsure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.\nIdentify areas for process optimization related to Identity & Access Management configuration and maintenance.\nAssess & create solutions to advance the security and usability of digital identity within the enterprise and align with business strategic goals.\nCross-train with other team members to share knowledge and continuously improve and learn new skills.\nOptimizing existing processes and system components related to Information Security.\nCreating prototypes and proof-of-concept for new/improved modules.\nResearching technological possibilities, analyzing industry trends and influencing overall cybersecurity strategy.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions and digital identity programs in enterprise environments.\nStrong practical experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including implementation, configuration, administration, and support of one or more of the following capabilities:\nIdentity Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)\nAccess Requests and Approvals\nRole Management and RBAC\nAccess Certifications and Reviews\nBirthright and Dynamic Access\nSegregation of Duties (SoD)\nIdentity Profiles and Correlation\nIdentity Security and Compliance Reporting\nExperience integrating SailPoint ISC with enterprise systems such as:\nActive Directory / Entra ID\nHR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)\nServiceNow\nSAP\nSalesforce\nCloud and on-premises applications\nStrong understanding of IAM and Identity Governance concepts, including:\nIdentity Lifecycle Management\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)\nAccess Governance\nSegregation of Duties (SoD)\nAccess Certifications and Attestation\nLeast Privilege\nZero Trust principles\nExperience with authentication and authorization technologies including:\n• Single Sign-On (SSO)Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)\nSAML 2.0\nOAuth 2.0\nOpenID Connect (OIDC)\n• LDAP / Active Directory\n\nKnowledge of integration and development technologies such as:\nJava\nSQL\nREST APIs\nJSON\nWeb Services\nPowerShell or scripting languages\nPrior experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and presentation skills.\nOccasional travel might be required as part of your role.\nVery good command of English with preferred C1 certified level\nOther European language advantageous with a higher preference for proficient German and French skills\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nSailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certifications.\nDisplay a willingness and keen interest in developing skills within the Cyber Security area, specifically within Identity and Access Management (IAM).\nCloud Security posture & other industry certifications (ISC2, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL)\nAI proficiency personally and at work\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
