You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workflow automation, platform enhancements, and scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.\nThis is a high-growth area within EY, offering strong exposure to enterprise transformation programs, emerging technologies, and meaningful career development opportunities.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements\nBuild and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations\nDevelop automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions\nSupport ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization\nEnsure adherence to platform governance, security standards, and development best practices\nContribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\nProven experience as a ServiceNow Developer for at least 5 years\nStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization\nProficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting\nExperience in workflow design, automation, and process optimization\nSolid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nServiceNow certifications are a plus\nWhat We Look For\nWe are looking for passionate and innovative professionals who are excited about leveraging the ServiceNow platform to drive business transformation.
