Collaborating with our diverse team of business designers, UX/UI designers, strategists, product managers, and engineering teams, you'll bring your creative vision to life on web and mobile platforms, delivering solutions that resonate with users across various industries.\nAlso, you will:\nDrive the UX/UI design process from initial concept to final implementation, crafting compelling user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (business, design, technology) to ensure that designs meet user needs, support business objectives, and leverage technological capabilities\nStay ahead of the latest digital trends, integrating fresh ideas and innovative approaches into your design solutions.\nClearly communicate design decisions and present design prototypes to stakeholders, ensuring that all design align with project goals.\nSkills and attributes for success:\nA passion for design with a genuine interest in innovation, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity in digital experiences\nA collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment, co-creating, and developing solutions alongside other designers, business professionals, and technology consultants\nA curious mind, staying updated on the latest digital developments and trends in UX/UI, and actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n5 to 7 years of UX/UI design experience in consulting, agency or in-house teams\nAn impressive portfolio demonstrating your design skills\nKnowledge and practical experience of the end-to-end design process, including research, concept creation, customer-journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user-testing, visual design deliverables\nThe ability to think creatively and deliver actionable insights based on research\nExcellent technical skills in design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe, etc)\nAwareness and understanding of accessibility standards\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nFluency in English (other languages are a plus)\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field (for example, UX/UI, visual communication, graphic design, or other creative discipline)\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\nExperience working in an agile design delivery process\nKnowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines\nExperience in developing, contributed to, or maintained a Design System\nStrong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail\nThe ability to organize and facilitate workshops\nWhat we look for:\nWhat’s most important is your dedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.\nYou’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, high-level motivation, and a passion for rapid development in a multinational working environment.\nYou’ll need to thrive in picking up new skills and talents as you go, so natural curiosity, a lot of questions, and the confidence to speak up when you see something that could be improved are essential.
