Everything we do centers around this simple story.\nThe opportunity\nAs a Technology Service Delivery Senior, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.\nWe are looking for DevOps Engineers who will optimize cloud infrastructure, delivery automation, observability, and platform reliability for our financial services clients. The team leverages AWS and Azure, Kubernetes and containers, Terraform and infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tooling to build secure, scalable, and reliable platforms. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that spans the full platform lifecycle.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nThe goal is to help clients solve complex business problems by delivering reliable, automated, and observable cloud platforms. You will build delivery automation and cloud infrastructure, support container platforms and infrastructure as code, implement observability and resolve platform issues, and own assigned workstreams independently from design through production support.\nSkills and attributes for success\nWorking knowledge and hands-on experience optimizing cloud infrastructure and platform reliability using AWS and Azure.\nWorking knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architecture.\nWorking knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM, CFT, CDK, and Chef, and of Python and Shell scripting.\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD tooling including Jenkins and Artifactory, and of automated deployment practices.\nWorking knowledge of observability tooling including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Splunk.\nOwn assigned workstreams independently from design through production support, and resolve platform issues.\nCollaborate across product, engineering, testing, and operations teams, and mentor less-experienced team members where appropriate.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and delivery automation.\nHands-on experience with AWS and Azure.\nWorking knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architecture.\nExperience with Python and Shell scripting.\nWorking knowledge of Terraform, ARM, CFT, CDK, and Chef.\nExperience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and Artifactory.\nWorking knowledge of Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Splunk.\nExperience with networking, Linux, serverless, monitoring, and logging.\nComfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience with the following technologies\nAWS and Azure\nKubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architecture\nPython and Shell\nTerraform, ARM, CFT, CDK, and Chef\nCI/CD, Jenkins, and Artifactory\nDatadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Splunk\nNetworking, Linux, serverless, monitoring, and logging\nWhat we look for\nWe’re interested in intellectually curious people with a passion for finding new and innovative ways to make things better. The base salary range for this job is: \nNew York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $80,300 to $149,100\nBay Area California offices - $83,700 to $155,300\nAll other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $67,000 to $136,800 \n\nIndividual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
