You will lead strategic engagements, shape our SAP Managed Services offerings, oversee governance and service management, and partner with clients and executives to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will also champion the responsible adoption of AI, leveraging it to enhance delivery quality, accelerate problem-solving, improve operational efficiency, and establish scalable, repeatable ways of working across teams.\nDrive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing SAP Managed Services opportunities.\nAdvise clients on SAP outsourcing, managed services, and operational transformation.\nLead complex SAP managed service engagements, governance forums, and executive stakeholder relationships.\nOversee service performance, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nShape EY's SAP Managed Services strategy, offerings, and delivery capabilities.\nSupport solutioning, deal pricing, contract management, and quality oversight.\nLeverage AI to enhance service delivery, generate insights, improve productivity, and drive business outcomes.\nPromote responsible and risk-aware AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.\nDevelop and scale repeatable AI-enabled approaches, tools, and best practices that improve team effectiveness and consistency.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong leadership skills with a focus on SAP Managed Services delivery excellence.\nAbility to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and delivery teams.\nSound judgment in managing confidential client and business information.\nProven ability to lead multiple SAP engagements and deliver under tight deadlines.\nStrong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.\nExperience driving service governance, SLA performance, and continuous improvement.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nProven experience leading SAP Managed Services and delivering exceptional client outcomes.\nAbility to shape, solution, and sell SAP Managed Services engagements.\nStrong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to lead independently and collaborate across global delivery teams.\n5+ years of experience in SAP Managed Services, Application Management Services (AMS), or SAP operations.\nExperience with SAP service governance, SLAs, ITSM processes, and service delivery frameworks.\nStrong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.\nIdeally, you'll also have\nProfessional services or consulting experience.\nPost-secondary education in Business, Technology, or a related field.\nStrong commercial and financial management skills.\nITIL and/or SAP certifications.\nBilingualism (English and French) is an asset.\nWhat we look for\nWe seek individuals who bring senior-level technical insight, exceptional judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.\nWhat we offer\nWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
