The ideal candidate will possess strong ServiceNow technical expertise, proven people leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering successful digital transformation initiatives within a consulting or professional services environment.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and transformation programs.\nPartner with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\nManage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence, and budget management.\nFacilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder presentations.\nServe as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing recommendations aligned to industry best practices.\nProvide architecture and solution oversight across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and IntegrationHub.\nResearch, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs using ServiceNow\nAnalyse user needs and develop software solutions using servicenow, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.\nUpdate software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.\nWork with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.\nEstablish development standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes.\nReview technical designs, customizations, integrations, and platform configurations.\nDrive platform optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability.\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow developers and technical consultants.\nConduct performance reviews, coaching, career development planning, and resource allocation.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.\nSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.\nContribute to practice growth initiatives, accelerators, reusable assets, and capability development.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ServiceNow services within existing client accounts.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.\n8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.\n3+ years of experience leading development teams or managing technical consultants.\nProven experience delivering projects within a consulting, information technology or professional services environment.\nExperience managing client-facing engagements and executive stakeholders.\nStrong expertise across ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.\nHands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.\nExperience with Agile delivery methodologies.\nUnderstanding of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture principles.\nStrong consulting mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities.\nExperience managing geographically distributed teams.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.\nAn effective communicator, you’ll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization.\nWhat we offer\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your work experience where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
