At this level, you will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders, designing robust solutions, managing configurations, and ensuring alignment with strategic IT objectives. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement-ideal for someone ready to drive transformation using the ServiceNow platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.\nLead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.).\nOwn and drive complex techno-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.\nProvide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery.\nPrepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.\nOversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.\nConduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system health checks\nGuide and mentor junior analysts and developers.\nMaintain awareness of the latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nTo qualify for the role, you will need:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\nAt least years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design.\nProven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.\nStrong experience with ITSM processes and modules.\nKnowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nSkills and Attributes for Success:\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) \nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas \nExperience in ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps is a plus.\nFamiliarity with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.\nExperience in leading ServiceNow implementations or migrations.\nWhat working at EY offers\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
