Our expertise spans across business tax, international tax, transaction tax, indirect tax, and people advisory services. We offer strategic tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution to ensure our clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining compliance with local and international tax laws.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead tax research efforts on laws and regulations to generate insights that inform tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\n\nDeliver strategic tax advisory across corporate structures, reorganizations, joint ventures, and contract reviews, assessing implications and risks\n\nShape and drive tax strategies aligned with clients’ business and financial objectives, advising on the implications of key decisions to optimize outcomes and manage risks effectively.\n\nOversee the integrity of client tax records and filings while synthesizing analyses into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insights for stakeholders.\n\nEnsure tax advice and strategies are fully aligned with applicable regulations, providing oversight and guidance\n\nDeliver high-quality advocacy and strategic advisory to clients, shaping decisions and addressing complex issues to achieve optimal outcomes.\n\nCompetency Requirements\nEducation: A university degree in accounting, business, finance, banking, or other relevant discipline.
