As a member of EY's core Assurance practice, you'll develop a deep Audit related technical knowledge and outstanding database, data analytics and programming skills.\n\nEver-increasing regulations require audit departments to gather, organize and analyses more data than ever before. Often the data necessary to satisfy these ever-increasing and complex regulations must be collected from a variety of systems and departments throughout an organization. Effectively and efficiently handling the variety and volume of data is often extremely challenging and time consuming for a company.\n\nEY's GDS Assurance Digital team members work side-by-side with the firm's partners, clients and audit technical subject matter experts to develop and incorporate technology solutions that enhance value-add, improve efficiencies and enable our clients with disruptive and market leading tools supporting Assurance.\n\nGDS Assurance Digital provides solution architecture, application development, testing and maintenance support to the global Assurance service line both on a pro-active basis and in response to specific requests.\n\nRequirements (including Experience, Skills And Additional Qualifications)\n\nA bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/MCA & MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field with adequate industry experience.\n\nTechnical Skills Requirements\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx.\nStrong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform.\nProficiency in web development technologies, including React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nDesign and develop robust, scalable Power Apps and SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other modern development practices.\nLead the technical design sessions, architecting solutions that fulfill business requirements while aligning with EY's technology standards and best practices.\nDevelop custom web parts, extensions, and applications using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies.\nImplement complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate and integrate them with Power Apps and SharePoint Online.\nEnsure seamless integration of Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.\nConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide expert guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and end-users, including documentation, training, and troubleshooting.\nStay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint technologies to drive innovation and thought leadership within EY.\nExperience with Azure services, REST APIs, and external data sources integration.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\n\nGood To Have Skills\n\nMicrosoft certifications in Power Platform and/or SharePoint.\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API.\nKnowledge of SharePoint PnP (Patterns and Practices).\nPrior consulting experience or experience working in a professional services firm.\n\nAnalytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:\n\nAn ability to quickly understand complex concepts and use technology to support data modeling, expectations are that a Senior will be able to maintain long-term client relationships and network and cultivate business development opportunities\nProvide high quality client services by directing daily progress of engagement work, informing engagement manager of engagement status, and managing staff performance.\nMust have presentation skills ability to create PowerPoint deck to communicate
