He/she has a deep end to end understanding of architecture standards and platform solution\ndevelopment expertise.\nThe End User Technology Experience requires a seasoned Solution Architect to provide technical guidance on Application development, Microsoft Platform solutions, and lead customer service applications. Candidate must be a self-starter with Agile framework experience and provide RISK/Technical architecture leadership.\nEssential Functions of the Job\nThe Solution Architect:\nArchitect and Design platform solutions needed for a complex enterprise\nManages the technical dependencies across the different products and services\nProvides guidance on complex production designs, applications or system problems.\nSolution design will include the creation of reusable, repeatable IP and artifacts\nIdentify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance O365/Azure services\nOwn Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for first of a kind solution implementation\nLead Agile sprints in product owner capacity and mentor technical staff on newer design sprints\nEnforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability experience and design standards, etc.\nIdentify, communicate and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout the development lifecycle.\nResponsible for the solution planning, migration, architecture, development, and delivery; works with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement solutions in agile environments, provides support for new SharePoint deployments and migrations from older platforms; builds Intranets, branding, enterprise applications and collaboration systems.\nResponsible to propose with a custom solutions & collaboration with business application owners, project managers, designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams to build a quality experience for users.\nKnowledge and Skills Requirements:\nHistory of working credibly with senior stakeholders\nAdapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.\nStrong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications\nAbility to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones\nDemonstrate excellent technical & architecture skills in the context of cloud-based platform/product design, service management and product lifecycle management\nDemonstrate ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies and developing a vision of their suitability\nServes as the lead solution architect for customer service solutions\nExperience with Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365\nExperience with ServiceNow, Azure IaaS and PaaS services\nExperience with Business Intelligence analytic tools\nDesigned, validated, and implemented PowerApps and Power BI solutions\nPlatform Expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow and market place apps\nKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, RPA and virtual agents\nKnowledge of python, AI stacks, CNN’s, RNN’s, AI Fluency, NLP, Digital Twins, Metaverse, Data preprocessing.\nKnowledge of UI/UX, branding, and document management, Custom solutions development, search and metadata configuration, business analysis, business process automation, and workflows.
