This senior, hands-on role owns technical direction, solution architecture, delivery leadership, key technical decisions, release readiness and support handover across simple productivity solutions, managed business solutions and enterprise-grade production solutions. The role also directly designs, configures, develops, tests and deploys solutions as an active member of the delivery team.\nYour key responsibilities\nOwn solution architecture, design standards, delivery approach and key technical decisions.\nConvert agreed requirements into a practical, buildable design.\nCoordinate technical delivery with the Project Manager, break work into deliverable components and guide design trade-offs.\nDesign, configure, develop, test and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions, while leading complex build activities, reviews and issue resolution.\nBuild in maintainability, scalability, security, application lifecycle management, testing, documentation and release readiness.\nRemove technical blockers and manage defects, dependencies and priority conflicts.\nProvide design and quality oversight scaled to solution complexity and risk.\nSupport L3 production issues, including architecture defects, complex incidents and remediation decisions.\nKey functional responsibilities\nArchitecture and technical design\nDesign and build solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Power BI.\nProvide advanced Power Pages architecture, development and governance, including authentication, security, data modelling, performance and solution-level design oversight.\nProvide advanced Power BI solution design, development and oversight.\nDefine and develop scalable patterns for data, integration, automation, security, performance and supportability.\nTechnical delivery leadership\nGuide developers, review technical outputs and resolve complex blockers.\nCoordinate technical dependencies, estimates, defects and release decisions.\nRemain directly accountable for hands-on development, including complex configuration, coding, integration, testing, debugging and technical remediation.\nGovernance, release and support\nApply environment, security, governance and application lifecycle management standards.\nEnsure testing, deployment, rollback, documentation, monitoring and support handover are complete.\nLead L3 root-cause analysis and technical remediation.\nSkills and attributes for success\nPragmatic technical leadership and clear decision-making.\nAbility to balance speed, value, risk, security and maintainability.\nStrong coaching capability while remaining technically hands-on.\nClear technical documentation and communication across business and technical audiences.\nCalm, disciplined ownership of complex incidents and delivery risks.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nTypically 5+ years in relevant solution development, including 3+ years delivering Power Platform solutions, with demonstrated technical leadership, production deployment and support experience.\nRelevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nSenior Microsoft Power Platform experience with advanced Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and SharePoint capability.\nDemonstrated solution architecture, application lifecycle management, governance and technical delivery leadership experience.\nStrong debugging, root-cause analysis and complex issue-resolution ability.\nIdeally, you will also have\nRelevant Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI or solution architecture certifications.\nExperience with enterprise integrations, monitoring and AI-enabled production solutions.\nExperience leading governed delivery across multiple environments and business units.\nSpecialist experience in one or more of Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
