This role plans, coordinates, and advances learning initiatives that align with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and create impactful learner experiences.\nActing as both a program leader and trusted advisor, the Supervising Associate translates evolving business needs into structured, scalable, and outcome-focused learning solutions. The role requires strong judgment, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, while driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the learning portfolio through the use of frameworks, data-driven insights, and best practices.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity. You know how to keep work moving across multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly with leaders, and bring sound judgment to ambiguous situations. You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves in delivery and stepping back to improve how work gets done across the team.\nThis job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities.\nOwn outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors, while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation.\nLead meetings and working sessions with confidence and structure and communicate updates in a way that supports alignment and decision-making.\nSupport learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities.\nUse data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actions.\nDesign and deploy impactful learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices, with a focus on business relevance and program effectiveness.\nContribute to continuous improvement by helping scale better ways of working, increasing consistency, and supporting strong delivery across the team.\nWork effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs, strong communication, and clarity on ownership and next steps.\nKnowledge and Skills Requirements\nStrong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding timelines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication for different audiences and senior stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams, functions, and geographies.\nSound judgment, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nProactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, preferably SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).\nLeverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve team productivity and streamline processes.\nDemonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve effectiveness and ways of working.\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices\nExperience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.\nExperience working with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.\nProven ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements\nExperience working with external vendors, subject matter experts, and managing program logistics.\nKnowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset.\nBilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.\nWhat we offer\nAt EY, our Total Rewards package supports our commitment to creating a leading people culture built on high-performance teaming, where everyone can achieve their potential and contribute to building a better working world for our people, our clients and our communities.
