The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking an experienced Critical Manufacturing MES Modeller to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using the Critical Manufacturing platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating manufacturing business processes into scalable MES models, configuring workflows, products, resources, and equipment, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise and shop-floor systems.\nThe role requires strong expertise in MES modeling, production workflows, manufacturing operations, and system integrations. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, quality teams, and IT organizations to deliver robust MES solutions that drive operational excellence, traceability, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead MES modeling and configuration using Critical Manufacturing MES. \nDesign products, routings, workflows, DCPs, and equipment/resource models. \nTranslate manufacturing processes and SOPs into scalable MES solutions. \nDefine modeling standards, templates, and best practices. \nPerform fit-gap analysis and develop solution blueprints. \nConfigure MES modules including Work Execution, SPC, NC/CAPA, Traceability, EBR/eDHR, Equipment Integration, and Scheduling. \nLead MES integrations with ERP systems and shop-floor systems. \nEnsure data integrity, version control, and lifecycle management. \nMentor team members and lead design/configuration reviews. \nSupport validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities. \nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\n4+ years of handson experience in Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and Rollouts, master data modelling and enrichment. \nCertified Critical Manufacturing Professional / Associate: Modeler/Developer\nPrevious work experience in MES implementation using any platform. \nStrong knowledge of production modeling, workflow configuration, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). \nExperience in MES-ERP integrations and manufacturing system connectivity. \nWorking knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Critical Manufacturing MES Event Handlers. \nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, MES design, and configuration best practices. \nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. \nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. \nExperience in MES implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities. \nGood communication skills\nAble to work independently and have leadership skills.\nCustomer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules.\nDevelop and produce technical reports, process flow diagrams and documentation in support of design and developments.\nInnovate, propose new ideas and define the technical approach to challenging problems\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
