You will support complex Talent activities, coach coordinators, oversee quality and service delivery, and help improve processes, controls, tools, and the client experience.\nROLE FOCUS Operational excellence, client service, quality, development, and continuous improvement\nYour key responsibilities\nOperational support to Talent Team Coordinators, including setting priorities, monitoring workloads, reinforcing established procedures, and helping the team meet service expectations.\nCoordinate the administration of employee life-cycle and Talent processes, which may include performance management, promotions, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separations, and other assigned programs.\nCoach team members in real time, provide ongoing feedback, support development planning, and serve as a trusted resource for questions, escalations, and complex or non-standard requests.\nLead or support onboarding and training for new hires, including scheduling, documentation, process education, system readiness, and consistent integration into the team.\nConduct or support in-person candidate interviews and assess communication skills, professional presence, and alignment with role requirements and team culture.\nOversee the timely and accurate completion of transactions, documentation, system updates, and tracking activities, including work performed in SuccessFactors and other firm tools.\nInterface with employees, Talent Consultants, Talent leadership, and partner teams; resolve routine and moderately complex inquiries and escalate higher-risk matters with relevant context and recommended next steps.\nUse metrics, quality reviews, trend information, and client feedback to identify service risks and recommend improvements to workflows, controls, documentation, and customer experience.\nCreate and maintain workstream procedures, job aids, and training materials; promote consistent application of firm policies, confidentiality requirements, and data-handling practices.\nSupport local administrative counseling processes, including feedback collection, documentation, system updates, and summary reporting to appropriate leadership.\nLead or contribute to special projects, process improvements, and technology or automation initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and service delivery.\nSkills and attributes for success\nHow your skills and experience will make an impact:\nStrong client-service orientation with the judgment to balance responsiveness, consistency, confidentiality, and policy requirements.\nAbility to lead through influence, coach others, build trust, and maintain effective working relationships across a matrixed organization.\nSound analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.\nStrong organization and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, stakeholders, and changing priorities.\nClear written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills, including the confidence to communicate with Talent leadership and key client contacts.\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision while knowing when to consult or escalate.\nTo qualify for the role, you must demonstrate\nFive or more years of progressive experience in human resources operations, shared services, Talent coordination, or a related field.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and common case-management, tracking, and HR systems.\nBroad working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employee life-cycle processes, and the importance of safeguarding confidential information.\nDemonstrated experience training, mentoring, coordinating, or providing day-to-day direction to less experienced colleagues.\nAbility to work flexibly across time zones and during peak business periods, as needed.\nIdeally, you'll also have\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.\nExperience in a professional services or large, matrixed organization.\nExperience supporting process improvement, automation, quality assurance, or service-level reporting.\nWhat working at EY offers\nThis role provides broad exposure to Talent operations and the opportunity to strengthen team capability, improve the employee and client experience, and build trusted relationships across the Talent organization.
