Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nJob Title: Manager - Record to Report (RTR) Domain\nRole Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and accountable RTR Manager to own and drive the delivery of RTR operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong RTR domain expert and have team management skills and leadership behaviour.\nIdeal candidate will have proficiency in using and leveraging RTR tools and technologies such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to optimize R2R processes. Exposure to multiple ERP environments like SAP, Workday, Oracle will be a distinct advantage.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssume full ownership and accountability for the delivery of RTR services, ensuring excellence in financial reporting and compliance with all regulations.\nLead the RTR team in managing general ledger, month-end close, Reconciliations, journal entry processing, financial reporting and analysis with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.\nMaintain a clear understanding of service management reporting metrics and use operational and process insights to drive performance and customer satisfaction\nLeverage cutting-edge RTR tools and technologies such as Blackline, SNOW and RPA to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.\nAct as a people leader, fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth, collaboration and high performance.\nEnsure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.\nEnsure 100% adherence to internal controls and defined accounting policies.\nCoordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary information and support during audits.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices and new technologies within the RTR function.\nAnalyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and report key findings to senior management.\nQualifications & Experience:\n10+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor/Master’s degree in accounting\nOr CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with 7 to 10 years of experience will be highly preferred.\nDemonstrated thought leadership and experience in Record to Report operations with a strong record of driving delivery excellence.\nWorking knowledge of Workday system and prior experience of going through Workday implementation will be added advantage\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrategic thinking with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.\nSoft Skills\nThought leadership and accountability in service delivery\nStrategic thinking and process improvement\nStrong people management and development orientation\nEffective communication and relationship building skills\nFinancial and business acumen\nProven track of working with leaders from across geographies and managing the deliverables under a fast-changing expectations with accurate quality in a metrics environment.\nThis role may require extended working hours during peak reporting periods and may involve occasional travel.
