Our Direct Tax Advisory team advises multinational and domestic entities on domestic direct taxation matters and international tax developments.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nMonitoring domestic and international tax developments and assisting in issuing newsletters in a timely manner;\nAdvising clients with respect to Maltese tax implications and international tax developments;\nAdvising clients with respect to specific tax advice they will be requiring from time to time;\nAssisting sellers and buyers with respect to tax due diligence and transaction support services;\nLiaising with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration on questions of interpretation of Malta tax law; and\nAssisting in the tax advice function as required.\nKey Requirements:\nIn possession of a professional tax, accounting or legal qualification;\nAt least 6 years of relevant tax experience, ideally within an audit and accountancy firm;\nHave professional fluency in English, both written and verbal;\nBe willing to learn and be open to new challenges;\nStrong technical and analytical skills; and\nGood organizational skills and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.\nWhat we offer\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
