You will support clients in navigating complex Luxembourg and international tax requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement and digitalization of tax compliance processes.\nYour key responsibilities\nYou will be responsible for the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, monitoring and tracking filing obligations, and handling electronic filing processes. You will perform financial data analysis, support IT-enabled tax reporting, and review tax assessments and advance payments.\nYou will advise clients on tax payments, prepare and review year-end tax provisions, and support tax risk analysis and advisory assignments, including deferred taxes under IFRS and US GAAP. You will contribute to project management initiatives and actively support further digitalization of tax compliance processes.\nYou will also assist in the preparation of proposals, Tax Club events, and marketing materials. In addition, you will coach and support junior team members, contributing to their development and performance.\nYou will gain further exposure to clients in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on Alternative Investment Funds(Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds), as well as multinational and mid-market companies.\nSkills and attributes for success\nYour career in Tax has exposed you to complex tax compliance mattersin an international environment. You are comfortable working with detailed financial information while maintaining a client-focused mindset.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nA university degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting, or a related field;\nAt least 5 years of experiencein Tax Compliance and Reportingin a similar position;\nKnowledge of Luxembourg and international accounting principles(IFRS / US GAAP);\nExperience in leading and coaching junior team members;\nA fluent level of English.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nProven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results\nExperience in leading and coaching a team\nExcellent writing, communication and presentation skills\nHigh interest working in a dynamic and international environment built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness\nA fluent level of French or German\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
