EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.\nInformation Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.\nThe opportunity\nThe Technical Scrum Lead, Specialist is responsible for driving Agile adoption and execution within technology teams, ensuring efficient sprint execution and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, to keep teams aligned and productive.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead cross-functional agile teams in iterative technology development, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to Agile/Scrum principles.\nCoach teams on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improving agile maturity.\nWork closely with product owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize and align technology-related outcomes with business goals.\nIdentify and proactively remove roadblocks that hinder project progress, ensuring teams have the necessary resources and support.\nManage stakeholder expectations by maintaining transparency around scope, schedule and budget while effectively addressing concerns.\nFacilitate key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.\nAssist teams in estimating deliverables, increasing velocity and identifying opportunities for efficiency.\nMaintain product and sprint backlogs, ensuring tasks are documented, prioritized and aligned with evolving business needs.\nApply agile methodologies to integrate changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.\nServe as a mentor, thought leader and agile champion, participating in special projects to drive organizational agility.\nSkills and attributes for success\nA team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills\nConstantly updating yourself about new technologies in the market\nA winning personality and the ability to become a trusted advisor to the stakeholders\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, or technical leadership in software development.\nBachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong expertise in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and best practices.\nHands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps and other Agile project management tools.\nProficiency in coding and technical concepts, including Java, Angular, Node.js, POSTMAN, CUCUMBER, AWS and SQL queries.\nFamiliarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, TDD/BDD and monitoring tools like Splunk and Honeycomb.\nExperience in monitoring and refining dashboards, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous process improvements in Agile environments.\nAWS Cloud Practitioner certification and Professional Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe) certification is preferred.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nStrong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.\nBe highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.\nComfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)\nWhat we look for\nStrong teamwork, work ethic, product mindset, client centricity and a relentless commitment to EY values.\nWhat working at EY offers\nWe offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
