Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nTechnology Risk Senior - Data Governance\nAs a Senior Data Governance Engineer, you will design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, controls, and processes to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance. You will lead initiatives across Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, and MDM, while collaborating with business and technology teams to strengthen data governance capabilities and support regulatory requirements. As a member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture and assist fellow team members while delivering an assignment. You will help clients navigate the rapidly evolving landscape technologies by establishing robust governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance controls.\nThe opportunity:\nWe’re looking for professionals who have at least 4 years or more of experience. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, to deliver seamless support to clients. facing roles, collaborate with cross functional teams including internal audits, IT security and business stakeholders to assess control effectiveness and facilitate remediation activities.\nPreferred knowledge/understanding of experience in IT Controls, Risk and Compliance. \nDesign IT Risk Controls framework such as IT SOX.\nTesting of internal controls such as IT general controls, IT application controls, IPE related controls, interface controls etc.\nDesign and implement enterprise Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls to ensure trusted, secure, and compliant data across business domains.\nLead Data Governance initiatives covering Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, and Master Data Management (MDM).\nEstablish data quality rules, monitoring processes, validation frameworks, and remediation activities to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.\nPerform data profiling, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and governance assessments to identify and resolve data issues.\nMaintain business glossaries, metadata repositories, data catalogs, and lineage documentation to improve data discoverability and transparency.\nImplement governance controls across the data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, data owners, architects, analysts, and engineering teams to drive governance adoption and improve data management practices.\nLeverage platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Purview, Informatica IDMC, and Collibra to support governance and data quality initiatives.\nSupport audit, risk, and compliance activities through governance reviews, control validation, and evidence management.\nDemonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify governance challenges and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\n4+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Management, or Data Engineering.\nStrong understanding of Data Governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.\nExperience implementing Data Quality controls, monitoring, and remediation processes.\nExpertise in metadata management, data lineage, business glossary, data catalog, and MDM concepts and governance principles.\nExperience with data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with cloud and data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, or Snowflake.\nFamiliarity with Data Governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Informatica IDMC, Collibra, Alation, or similar platforms.\nProficiency in SQL and experience with Python or PySpark for governance and data quality automation.\nUnderstanding of data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and information management controls.\nExperience with governance and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and SharePoint.\nStrong understanding of data lifecycle management and data stewardship practices.\nGood to have experience with Data Quality tools and knowledge of Data Mesh and Data Fabric architectures.\nExperience on Drive governance maturity assessments and roadmap development to continuously improve organizational data governance capabilities.\nExperience on developing governance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to measure data quality, governance maturity, and compliance effectiveness.\nIdeally, You'll Also Have:\nBachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.\nRelevant certifications are considered a plus:\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nSelf-driven and proactive
