The role includes mentoring consultants, influencing design decisions, and driving front end best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn front end design and implementation using React and MUI / MUI X.\nDefine and enforce UI architecture, component standards, and reuse strategies.\nLead complex UI implementations and performance optimization initiatives.\nOversee API integration from a front end contract and usability perspective.\nReview and approve code to ensure quality, security, and scalability.\nMentor and guide Consultants and junior developers.\nCollaborate with architects, backend leads, and product stakeholders.\nDrive UI performance monitoring and diagnostics using Azure App Insights.\nSupport release readiness, production issues, and corrective actions.\nContribute to estimation, technical planning, and risk mitigation.\nSenior Consultant Level Capabilities\nProvides technical leadership within the front end stream.\nTakes end to end ownership of UI deliverables.\nInfluences solution design and technical direction.\nCoaches team members and improves overall team capability.\nCommunicates effectively with stakeholders and leadership.\nAnticipates risks and drives proactive resolution.\nTechnical Skills\nDeep expertise in React, React Hooks, MUI / MUI X (DataGrid, Pro).\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and UI design patterns.\nExperience designing reusable component libraries and frameworks.\nStrong understanding of UI security, authentication flows, and error handling.\nAdvanced experience withAzure Application Insights for UI telemetry.\nWorking knowledge ofAzure App Service and deployment environments.\nStrong grasp of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release practices.\nExperience driving front end
