You will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nLead the design and architecture of scalable backend systems and microservices.\nDefine standards for API design, security, performance, and scalability.\nEnsure adoption of best practices in C#, .NET Core, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.\nDrive architectural decisions for cloud-native solutions on Azure.\nReview and approve technical designs and critical implementations.\nBackend Development Excellence\nOversee development of RESTful APIs and backend services.\nEnsure high-quality codethrough standards, design patterns, and code reviews.\nGuide teams in performance optimization, reliability, and maintainability.\nEnsure use of best practices such as dependency injection, middleware, and error handling.\nCloud & Platform Ownership (Azure)\nLead deployment and management of backend services onAzure App Services and cloud platforms.\nEstablish standards for monitoring, logging, and observability using Application Insights.\nEnsure high availability, resilience, and incident management processes.\nDrive cloud cost optimization and infrastructure scalability.\nTeam Management & Mentorship\nManage and mentor a team of backend engineering productivity through tooling and automation.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong experience in C#, .NET Core, and Web API development.\nDeep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.\nExpertise in API security (OAuth2, JWT).\nStrong experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL databases.\nHands-on experience with Azure (App Service, monitoring tools).\nLeadership & Management\nProven experience managing engineering teams (5-15 members typical).\nStrong experience intechnical decision-making and architecture governance.\nAbility to balancehands-on development with leadership responsibilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with microservices and event-driven architectures\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).\nExperience withhigh-scale, enterprise-grade systems.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum delivery
