You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and supporting solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngage business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, pain points and system requirements.\nGather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows and acceptance criteria.\nWork closely with developers, solution architects, QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.\nSupport solution discussions for .NET-based applications, including application functionality, APIs, databases and system integrations.\nPerform functional and technical impact analysis for new requirements, enhancements and system changes.\nFacilitate requirements-gathering workshops and manage clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile delivery activities.\nSupport SIT and UAT, including test scenario preparation, defect clarification, requirements traceability and coordination with business users.\nIdentify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks and potential process or system improvements.\nManage changes to requirements and assess their impact on scope and delivery.\nPrepare project documentation and provide clear updates to business and technical stakeholders.\nIndependently manage requirements for assigned applications or workstreams and support junior team members where required.\nTo qualify for the role, you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience\nMinimally 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Business Analyst within technology projects.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, functional specification and stakeholder management.\nGood understanding of .NET/C# application environments and software development concepts.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, web services, system integrations and relational databases/SQL.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.\nExperience working closely with developers, architects, QA teams and business users throughout the SDLC.\nExperience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management and requirements traceability.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.\nAbility to independently facilitate workshops and manage multiple business and technical stakeholders.\nPrevious technical or development experience with C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core or .NET Core.\nKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.\nExposure to Microsoft Azure, microservices or enterprise system integration.\nExperience using Azure DevOps, Jira and/or Confluence.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\nExperience in consulting, digital transformation or large-scale enterprise technology projects.\nWhat working at EY offers\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
