So whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.\nThe opportunity\nThe Lead Developer will oversee the ServiceNow development team, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.\nYour key responsibilities:\nLead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on GRC modules.\nManage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.\nCollaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nDrive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team.\nConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical leadership in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, with a focus on GRC capabilities and financial services regulations.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nStrong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others \nAdvanced written and verbal communication skills\nDedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure \nFoster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nAt least 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record in GRC implementations.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required; additional certifications in GRC are highly valued.\nStrong leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.\nFamiliarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
