You will connect business needs with architecture and engineering decisions, oversee high-quality delivery, and contribute to solution development and business growth.\nYour key responsibilities\nManage workstreams within AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.\nTranslate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.\nCoordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting.\nSupport solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and the development of reusable assets and accelerators.\nCoach team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.\nSkills and attributes for success\nTo qualify for the role, you must have:\n6+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, or a related field.\nExperience managing teams or major workstreams within enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, and governance.\nExperience with cloud-native architecture and modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.\nExperience taking generative AI, RAG, or agentic systems from prototype to production is important\nStrong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience contributing to proposals, solution development, and client presentations.\nWillingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs.\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future\nIdeally, you will have:\nExperience serving Technology sector organizations, including software, cloud, semiconductor, cybersecurity, digital-platform, media technology, or AI-native companies.\nFamiliarity with application modernization, microservices, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and operating-model design.\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and program or portfolio management tools.\nRelevant cloud, data, architecture, AI, Agile, or project-management certifications. Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS certifications are sufficient.
