This leadership role will be responsible for driving workforce optimization, demand fulfillment, resource deployment, utilization management, hiring strategy, and capability development to support business growth and delivery excellence.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Leaders, Account Leaders, Talent Teams, Experience Management, and Business Executives to align workforce supply with business demand, strengthen talent readiness, and ensure optimal utilization of resources across engagements. The role will provide strategic workforce insights, manage staffing risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness and operational performance.\nThis is a long-term workforce plans aligned with business growth objectives.\nPartner with delivery and competency leaders to forecast resource demand, skill requirements, and capacity needs.\nDrive proactive talent planning to ensure the right skills are available at the right time.\nMonitor workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.\nResource Deployment & Utilization\nLead resource allocation across engagements to maximize utilization and delivery outcomes.\nGovern bench management processes and drive timely deployment of available resources.\nMonitor utilization metrics and identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity.\nFacilitate cross-competency and cross-geography staffing opportunities.\nTalent Acquisition & Hiring\nCollaborate with Talent and Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies and demand fulfillment plans.\nReview and validate resource requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.\nSupport lateral hiring, campus hiring, and strategic workforce expansion initiatives.\nTrack fulfillment KPIs including demand aging, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness.\nSkills & Capability Management\nMaintain visibility of workforce skills, certifications, and competency maturity.\nIdentify skill gaps and partner with Learning & Development teams to build capability roadmaps.\nSupport workforce transformation and future-ready skill development initiatives.\nDrive certification and upskilling programs aligned with market and business demand.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to Competency Leaders, Service Delivery Managers, Delivery Managers, and Business Leaders.\nPresent workforce insights, capacity forecasts, and resource strategies to senior leadership.\nManage escalations related to staffing, hiring, deployment, and workforce risks.\nBuild strong relationships across Talent, Operations, and Delivery teams.\nOperational Excellence & Governance\nEstablish governance frameworks, dashboards, and resource management KPIs.\nMonitor key metrics including utilization, bench aging, deployment velocity, demand fulfillment, and attrition.\nDrive process improvements and automation across workforce management activities.\nEnsure compliance with organizational workforce and hiring policies.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor a team of Resource Managers and workforce coordinators.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.\nDrive performance management, coaching, and career development within the team.\nLeadership Expectations\nThis role is expected to operate as a strategic workforce leader, driving talent deployment, workforce optimization, and resource management excellence across the organization.\nThe Senior Manager will:\nLead the Resource Management and Workforce Planning agenda for assigned service lines, ensuring alignment between talent supply and business demand.\nInfluence senior stakeholders across Delivery, Account, Talent, and Business leadership teams to drive effective workforce decisions.\nShape workforce strategies and talent roadmaps, enabling scalable growth, capability development, and Services or Technology Services\n5+ years managing workforce planning, resource management, talent operations, or similar functions.\nExperience working with large-scale delivery organizations and global teams.\nStrong knowledge of workforce management tools and reporting platforms.\nPreferred\nExperience in consulting, managed services, or global delivery environments.\nCertifications in project management, resource management, workforce analytics, or IT service management.\nExperience with ProFinda, SuccessFactors, Power BI, or equivalent workforce management platforms.\nWhat we look
