The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NodeJS, Flutter and MongoDB, and will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of applications and services.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nProvide technical support to clients and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues related to web and mobile applications using Flutter.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in both native applications and responsive web portals, ensuring high performance and reliability.\nPerform code analysis and debugging to identify and fix software defects and performance bottlenecks.\nProvide ongoing application support and maintenance, including monitoring performance, identifying bugs, and implementing fixes.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.\nWork with MongoDB to design and optimise database schemas and queries for performance.\nCreate and manage RESTful APIs and web API layers to support front-end applications.\nAnalyse application logs and metrics using Grafana and other monitoring tools to identify and troubleshoot problems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers, to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.\nDevelop and write clear and concise technical documentation, including resolution steps, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.\nDebug complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions with minimal downtime.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and improve overall system efficiency.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness and Jenkins to automate deployment processes.\nAssist in providing training and guidance to junior support team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.\nCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritise and address critical customer issues in a timely manner.\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong knowledge of Flutter for web and mobile application support.\nExperience with NodeJS for backend troubleshooting and support.\nProficiency in MongoDB for database-related support tasks.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and JSON.\nGood understanding of application logs and debugging techniques.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in implementing web and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, NodeJs, MongoDB.\nHands-on experience with API integration and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with responsive web design principles and best practices.\nProficient in using version control systems such as Git.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nIdeally, you’ll also\nTechnologies and Tools\nSplunk for logs\nHarness\nRancher\nJira\nConfluence\nFlutter\nNode.js\nMaria DB\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
